She worked at two international banks for over 20 years and has spent 10 years as a social entrepreneur with Banco Liberdade — in microfinance, financial education, nano and micro entrepreneurship, microcredit and the development of people and the communities where they live.

Each offering connects to the others: first organize household finances, then strengthen the business and income with human support.
In favelas and communities, we support sustainable nano and micro businesses with financial education, entrepreneurial training and mentoring throughout the cycle — leaving no one behind.
Financial education is the foundation: before focusing only on products and business, we organize household money and debts and teach conscious consumption and debt traps.
We help turn an idea into action or strengthen the nano or micro business you already run.
Each month we select a woman who needs help in a favela or community and invest in a nano or micro business so she can regain work, income and dignity.
A volunteer with knowledge donates time and reaches out to a nano or micro entrepreneur: active listening, welcome, guidance and transformation along the journey.

Our story
From experience in international banks to direct work in favelas — a journey built person by person.
20+ years
Technical foundation built at two international financial institutions.
10 years ago
We began at the Fundação Dom Cabral social business incubator through Projeto Dignidade. Social work in microfinance, with financial education courses, entrepreneurial education, microcredit, mentoring and local development.
Today
More than 3,000 people trained in personal financial education and entrepreneurial education. Work with social leaders in favelas and communities to support nano and micro businesses.

It is entrepreneurship at the smallest scale. Most often without MEI registration and working informally due to lack of knowledge and schooling. People work from home, on streets, at markets or transport hubs. They are not counted in official statistics, but they produce, earn income and support a family.
Microcredit at the smallest scale of values, exclusively for productivity and generating work and income. It is granted in a human way, with rates and processes designed for those outside traditional banks, together with financial education and guidance.
Those who take part in education and training journeys in favelas and communities and meet the viability criteria of Banco Liberdade programs.
The analysis considers the reality of informal and self-employed work. The focus is viability and commitment to the plan — not only traditional documents.
